They are very light. I have long locs and usually my pony is very heavy. These ties allow me to wear a high ponytail that feel very light. The biggest bonus it that it doesn't pull my hair out during removal.

Having Locs, you're not able to use the same products others find so easy to pull their hair up quick and simply. But when I saw the advertisement, I wanted to try it and I purchased some for my daughter and myself. We absolutely love their versatility, their pull, and the reach they have to grab up these locs and still allow them to flow and hang beautifully.

Just received them today but i already know that these bands will be great for my styling and for holding my hair without taking my hair out. Like so many other hair band like rubber bands the will break my hair off

The commercial did not lie!!!! It does everything it's supposed to do...my loc ponytail is much more secure and sits up perfectly!!!!
