Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at kinkzhair.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the most efficient carrier available.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Kinkz Hair Products ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.


Package Protection (Recommended)

To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit, we strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection during checkout.

Route provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

If Route Protection is added to your order, any shipping issues can be quickly resolved by filing a claim directly through Route.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Kinkz Hair Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check with neighbors
• Check around your delivery area
• Contact your local post office or carrier

If Route Package Protection was added to your order, you may file a claim through Route for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

Kinkz Hair Products is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kinkz Hair Products is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damaged Items

Kinkz Hair Products is not liable for products damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and chosen carrier. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.
